This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which undertheroof, a partnership firm, collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (referred to as “Users”) of the undertheroof website (referred to as the “Site”). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by undertheroof.

Sensitive Personal Information (SPI)

Sensitive Personal Information (SPI), as defined by Section 43a of the Indian IT Act 2000, as collected by us shall be protected with reasonable security features, as expected under the IT Act. User passwords are never stored in the clear and are never known to us. Bank account details of the Host are collected with a view to facilitate payments and the same are never shared with any party other than our Bankers for the purpose of funds transfers. Credit Card information is never stored by us and is directly entered by the user in the Payment gateway’s payment page presented.

We use Payment Gateway Razorpay which is certified for PCI Compliance. undertheroof.com does not store any credit card information of its users. No other SPI is collected, stored or processed by us.
